Easy breezy pizza dough recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast (2.25 teaspoon)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I'd sub with olive oil)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Directions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water (10 min) in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in salt, oil and HALF of the flour. Mix.
- Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want: slightly tacky, but when you touch it it doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 400 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
- Top as desired and bake for another 10-15.
